Recipe of the Month

Green Kale smoothie

Ingredients:

  1. ½ cup of Kale

  2. 6-8 ice cubes, medium banana

  3. medium Granny Smith apple

  4. tablespoon ground cinnamon

  5. slice of raw ginger

  6. 6-8 ounces of almond milk

  7. scoop whey protein optional

This smoothie will give you amazing energy and clarity throughout the day. The taste is incredible and it is loaded with antioxidants and fiber.
